the hotel was in a great location! there was a variety of stores, shops, a mini mart, and restaurants nearby. i loved that there were also local buses to take me all over the city. erika was wonderful and cute, a delight! she is an excellent representative for the hotel, .
the room lacked sound insulation, and i could hear noises from the corridor sometimes.

This location is awesome. It's super central and near many historical monuments! i could walk to the colosseum and trevi fountain within 15 minutes. termini station is also easily accessible by walking.

The hotel staff were very helpful. They offered useful recommendations for local restaurants. The room was cleaned daily and fresh towels were provided.
The room I booked had no windows. This contributed to a strange smell upon entering the room. The fridge in the room was also not working during my entire stay.
